We are looking on behalf of a Civils & Groundworks contractor for a Site Manager who will run commercial groundwork projects from cradle to grave with package values up to £7m, reporting directly to a contracts manager.
Duties:
Motivating & leading a workforce - 15+ People Plant orders & returns Reviewing enquiry documentation to fully determine and understand the conditions set out Carrying on Method Statement / Risk Assessment briefings Tool Box Talks Getting the site team to work Safely Day work sheets Inspection test plans Submitting RFIs and TQs Development of short-term programs Reporting against short-term programs Material take-offs and orders Providing detailed site records Monitoring site activities against BOQ to mitigate loss
Requirements: SMSTS CSCS Card Streetworks Supervisor (Desirable) Ideally experienced in Groundworks & RC Frame
