September 4, 2024 We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor near Guildford. The project is a bank re-fit, so experience is preferable. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. While managing the site, you must also maintain a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal Site Manager must have: Bank or CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry Procore, Fieldview, and ASTA experience Experience in delivering commercial fit outs Major experience in M+E Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects Interpersonal skills to work well with the rest of the team SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs What's in it for you as the Site Manager on this project?
