We are looking for an experienced

Site Manager

to oversee a large multistorey car park project in Guildford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical, mechanical, and finishing contractors (including fire doors, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Oversee electrical, mechanical, and finishing contractors on-site. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate work schedules and ensure all contractors adhere to health and safety regulations. Manage and monitor progress, resolving any issues as they arise. Report to senior management and stakeholders on project status. Requirements: Proven site management experience in overseeing electrical, mechanical, and finishing contractors. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure seamless coordination. Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects. Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 5 months
