Circa £56k per annum Working under the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading a new build development of 20 units on the South Coast. The company generally works on smaller traditional build sites. The role requires an experienced Site Manager who has worked for an SME developer before. The successful applicant will have a solid CV showing longevity with previous employers. In return, you will be rewarded with ongoing training and development opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Must be from a residential developer background. Experience as No2 on residential sites for a number of years. Must hold CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications.
