to oversee the construction of a warehouse/shed project in Havant, Portsmouth. The role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in managing
commercial, industrial, or shed-building projects . Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular progress meetings and reporting to stakeholders. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial/shed construction projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
