Site Manager - High End (Predominantly Residential) Location: Haslemere (Projects within 25 mile radius) Salary: £DOE + Package The Opportunity: Based in Surrey and operating amongst Surrey, West Sussex & Hampshire, my client is a fantastic local construction company focused on delivering the highest quality projects. They are seeking a Project Manager / Site Manager with a strong background in delivering high-end new builds, extensions, and refurbishment projects within private residential and heritage/listed buildings. The Role: Working under/alongside experienced Surveyors & Construction Director, responsible for a variety of activities, including: Producing method statements Weekly management reports Monitoring progress of the project in accordance with the programme Conducting pre-start meetings and health and safety plans Undertaking site safety inductions for all new site personnel Liaising with the materials controller to ensure material deliveries align with the build programme Managing the work carried out by sub-contractors The Person: Detailed building and construction experience CSCS card SMSTS certification First Aid qualified Computer literate Ability to read drawings Ideally from a trade background - Brick/Stone/Masonry preferred Good eye for detail and passion for construction Desirable Criteria: Degree/HND/HNC in Construction or a related subject Experience working for a developer or contractor If you are considering a move and would like to discuss this role, please contact Frank: (url removed) / (phone number removed) INDPM
