Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey Due to an increase in their workload, a main contractor that specializes in the high-end residential sector (delivering a mixture of refurbishment, new build, extensions, and fit-out schemes) is looking to appoint a Site Manager. Previous experience of delivering high-end residential sector schemes is not essential, but what is essential is that you have the personality to work within a client-facing role and the flexibility and professionalism to adapt to changes in the design/detail. With the client open to your background being from either a main contractor or residential developer, this is a great opportunity for a Site Manager looking to further progress their career working on interesting projects which can include Listed Buildings, specialist sub-contractors, and imported materials that can often have elongated lead-in times. The client primarily operates within the Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire areas, so this opportunity would best suit someone living in these areas.
