£55k - £65k plus package I am in search of an experienced site or senior manager with a proven and knowledgeable background in delivering new homes! You will be joining a respectable, established yet growing developer who has earned their reputation through building quality homes in the Devon & Cornwall regions. Working on a low volume site, you will need to be accustomed to managing projects up to circa 30 units. I am interested in speaking to driven and motivated site managers, who are accustomed to managing sites of up to 30 units, whilst overseeing a large team of external contractors. Ideally, you will hold a degree or HNC relevant to construction; however, it is not essential. As a minimum, you will need the following certificates: SMSTS FIRST AID SCAFFOLD INSPECTION CSCS On top of the salary, which as always is DOE, there is an option of a car allowance and benefits.
