Site Manager - Housebuilding, Bury St Edmunds Suffolk The Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to lead the delivery of a long-term multi-phased residential scheme in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk delivering 80 units a year with the help of 2 Assistant Site Managers. This development will consist of 300 units, a mix of houses and apartments all traditional build, with an exceptional pipeline of future projects throughout Suffolk & Essex. What they can offer? The candidate must be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
