Site Manager - Housebuilding, Stowmarket Suffolk The Opportunity We have two excellent opportunities for Site Managers to take over an existing successful development in Stowmarket, Suffolk which involves the construction of 80 traditional build houses, with build running at a slow pace due to sales, focusing on build quality with the project including a block of low rise traditional build apartments, and houses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms in a scenic location; with build designs to fit the local area, and landscaping. Traditional build houses and apartments A project pipeline of future work in Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire What they are looking for The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager; and be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard. Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
