Job Title:
Site Manager Thorn Baker has teamed up with a growing medium sized Housing Developer who specializes in the construction of new sustainable, high-quality bespoke residential homes, put together with the latest interior styles of modern and luxury living. Due to an increase in business, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a brand new traditional build site. What's in it for you: Up to £68,000 per annum Car allowance Discretionary bonus scheme Your Responsibilities: Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion. Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process. Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors. Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind. Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management. Required Skills: Previous experience from permanent employment as a Site Manager for a Housing Developer. SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, NVQ Level 6. Full UK Driving License.
