Site Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 Annually

We are currently an established development business with an extensive track record of creating communities across the UK.
At present, we are in need of supplementary site management support on an ongoing new build scheme in Ilfracombe. This package of works is for a community-based leisure facility rather than housing, so applications are welcomed from a more general contracting background.
Providing full support to the Senior Manager, you'll be involved in coordinating sub-contract trades, pushing for high-quality standards, and maintaining the expected compliance for Health & Safety.
In addition to already having experience at Site or Assistant Site management level, you'll also need good communication skills, great Health & Safety knowledge, plus the usual site tickets (SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS card).
