The CSR Group is recruiting on behalf of an NI market leader in bespoke Hotel and High Rise Residential Fit Outs for a Site Manager.
The ideal candidate will come from a joinery background and will have high-end, high-rise fit-out experience.
Full project list is required along with references.
Sites in London and Reading.
Salary around £60 – 70k.
Responsibilities:
Be a positive and inspirational leader who actively engages with the workforce to enhance overall productivity. Motivate, drive, and lead the workforce in a productive and time-effective manner. Plan, manage, and deliver all construction activities efficiently and cost-effectively. Oversee the package of works and maintain a fully integrated relationship between design, construction, and commercial activities. Demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude and positively impact the design-making aspect of the project. Fully understand design, procurement, construction, completion planning, programming, and progress reporting. Report openly and honestly at all times and provide solutions to any problems that may arise. Liaise with clients, professional staff including sub-contractors, and the general public. Supervise the Site Manager, sub-contractors, and internal staff on a daily basis. Adhere to and ensure the Health & Safety of the entire site and project. Maintain quality & safety control procedures. Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings.
