My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in the city of London, currently has a number of exciting new projects in place for which they are looking for a Site Manager with Internals experience to join their team in West London.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
Subcontractor Management Manage multiple internal works packages Manage internals from 1st fix to completion Co-ordinate, drive and control initial site set up, actively installing Company systems and procedures. Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
Required Skills & Experience:
A proven background working for a Main Contractor Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget High rise/ residential experience Relevant construction Degree or related Level 4 and above qualification (HNC/ NVQ) Site Management experience including management of contractors and external partners
