Your new role
Working on a large residential development in Cambridge, our client requires an Internals Site Manager to oversee the completion of one of the blocks.
As part of the role, you will be required to manage one of the blocks of apartments from 1st fix through to final handover. This will include overseeing Drylining, Carpentry, and M&E packages.
Key roles include:
Carrying out QA inspections
Ensuring all works are carried out to the required specifications and standards
Holding regular sub-contractor meetings
Health and Safety on site
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly dealing with internals.
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are required.
