January 29, 2025 I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 UK Developer, in assisting them with recruiting an Internals Site Manager for their major residential scheme in South London. Responsibilities:
Oversee a block of 90 RC frame apartments from full 1st fix stage through to client handover. Manage sequences of works and health and safety on site. Manage sub-contractors on site. Report to the Construction Manager on site. Requirements:
Experience working for a residential developer. Ability to deliver units to a timely and quality standard. Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate. The role is for 10 months minimum. Please apply to be considered for this excellent opportunity.
