Your new role As a Site Manager, you will oversee housing upgrades, including the installation of new doors, windows, and fireproofing measures. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include coordinating with subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on housing upgrades. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Relevant qualifications, such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
