If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Site Manager to join us covering the Eastern Counties. About the Role Coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel, you’ll ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. Leading and motivating a team, you’ll supervise all direct labour as necessary, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme. We are happy to talk flexible and agile working. About You An experienced Site Manager, you’ll be educated to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent, with sound knowledge of health and safety legislation. You will also hold a CITB 5 days SMSTS, First Aid at work or a relevant CSCS Card. A strong leader, with the ability to identify and notify development areas across the team, you’ll motivate staff and colleagues to perform, ensuring standards and specifications are met. Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous, along with a Construction Industry Training Board qualification. You will also ideally have refurbishment experience. A full UK driving licence is essential. Benefits We strive to support our colleagues to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
