Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager for holiday cover on an Industrial Unit refurbishment project in Ipswich. You will be working directly for the roofing contractor, who is the principal contractor, so knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing and cladding would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities will include:
Client liaison Health & Safety (H&S) Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Weekly reporting Management of labour and sub-contractors
You must be computer literate as you will be working on the contractor's internal computer system and reporting back to senior management with progress and updates.
You will need the usual construction-related certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
