Your new role They are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control. Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and audits. What you'll need to succeed NHBC pride in the job award winner. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
