Site Manager

to help bring it to life. With just over 140 units, this traditional build project blends both private and shared ownership, aiming for completion within the next three years.

The role requires reporting to the lead project manager on site and managing everything from groundworks to brickworks, through to the first fix and final completion. You must hold essential tickets like SMSTS, First Aid, and a CSCS card, along with a solid career history in the residential sector with traditional builds.

This developer has an ambitious timeline, so we're seeking a keen and driven Site Manager who can keep pace with our rapid build programme. Their strong pipeline of future developments and extensive land bank means there are plenty of opportunities ahead.
