Albion Search are currently partnering with a national, highly regarded fit out contractor to appoint a Site Manager. This contractor works with some well-known clients, on both refurbishment and new fit out projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a mix of retail stores and chain supermarkets, and be willing to work on a national basis.
Roles & Responsibilities
Health & Safety (H&S) Managing programmes Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Managing trades & sub-contractors Project/Contracts Manager updates Client liaison Inductions Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget You must have a valid and in-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card. The salary is dependent on experience, but comes with a car allowance. When working away, hotels are also covered.
