Job Description: Site Manager We are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to oversee a project in

Leicestershire . This is a

contract role

running from

December

through to

March 2025 , with a competitive

day rate dependent on experience . Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Monitor budgets, schedules, and materials to maintain project efficiency. Provide regular progress reports to the project management team. Requirements: Proven experience managing M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) fit out projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must operate through a

Limited Company

with valid
