Site Manager - Leicester
A leading top tier contractor is searching for a Site Manager to join the expanding East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to assist in the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.
The initial challenge is to work with a Project Manager to deliver a new build college in Leicester (£15m).

Requirements:
Experience delivering D&B projects as a Site Manager Experience managing construction sub-contractors Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage operations on site to ensure work is completed safely Ensure works are being delivered to programme Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades Ensure site records are maintained

The Package:
Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 Company Car or Car Allowance Bonus Scheme up to 10% Private medical insurance
