To become the leading accident repair group delivering high quality repair, customer excellence and innovative solutions to the accident repair industry. To date, we have operations in 15 locations, employ over 300 staff and repair over 20,000 vehicles annually. But we are just getting started - we aim to continue our growth exponentially, and hope to be opening a repair centre near you sometime soon. We are currently seeking a Site Manager at our Lincoln North branch. Previous experience is essential. What are we looking for? A passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Pro-active approach to managing the customer journey – customer focused and eager to get it right first time. Monitor and improve KPIs, optimising efficiency and profitability.
