to oversee a range of exciting projects, including education, healthcare, and other local authority developments. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including a

10% salary bonus scheme . Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and site safety plans. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and senior management. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, identifying and addressing any issues. Ensure all site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and daily reports, are up-to-date. Qualifications & Tickets Required: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card First Aid at Work Certificate Proven experience in managing construction projects in a variety of sectors. Knowledge of UK building regulations and health and safety laws. Full UK driving licence.
