Site Manager - Planned Maintenance, External and Internal

£50,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance Our Client, one of the largest and fastest growing contractors in the UK, is currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned maintenance division. Works will be carried out within the M25. Projects include kitchen and bathroom programmes, window and door replacements, and roofing renewals. This is a long-term project. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors and direct operatives Lead the site team effectively Manage delivery of works to specification Oversee several direct reports, including RLOs and office staff Conduct pre and post inspections Perform health & safety and quality checks My client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record in managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. This is a permanent position that offers training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
