Experienced Site Manager required for works based in London. Our client is a specialist refurb contractor working in the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors. They are seeking a Site Manager to start in January 2025 for an ongoing role. Main aspects of the role will be: Ensuring the successful delivery of the project within the specified budget and time frame. Ensuring the site is run in line with Health and Safety protocols. Undertaking weekly meetings with subcontractors and clients. Meeting contractual conditions of performance. Preparing site documentation, including but not limited to Day Work Sheets, Safety Reports, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments. Must have: NVQ6 Management Card (CSCS Black Card). 3-day first aid. Well organized and ability to prioritize workload. Team player, able to work cooperatively with a site management and leadership team. Knowledge of fit-out processes and procedures.
