Site Manager Construction
An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation is looking for a Site Manager to deliver on a Prime Refurbishment in the heart of SW London.
There are two projects to choose from: one in Chelsea at £2 million and one in Richmond at £6 million, both high-end refurbishments - you'd only be managing one of them.
It's a great opportunity to get in with a growing Main Contractor who has an incredible pipeline of secured projects going into 2025.
The Company
The company specializes in high-end/prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey. Typically, they'll consist of either a high-end refurbishment, new build, or a combination of the two.
The company has a strong pipeline of work, is growing, and there's ample room for growth as the company secures more projects.
The Site Manager Role
The successful Site Manager will be based on-site in Chelsea or Richmond. The project will either be a £2 million or a £6 million high-end refurbishment.
The role will be largely focused on driving the site forward day-to-day with a project manager supporting on the admin and programme side. You'll also have a supportive director and experienced project managers to guide you.
The Site Manager - Requirements
High-end residential refurbishment experience with budgets of £1 million+
Experience in complex refurbishments with high-end finishes
Good people management experience
Excellent organizational skills
