Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager at Keepmoat at Kilbirnie/North Ayrshire. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets. Qualifications 3-4 years experience as a Site Manager with a volume housebuilder Experience in construction site management, project coordination, and contractor/supplier relations Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure Experience with off-site construction techniques is a plus Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field Seniority level
