Up to £65,000 + Package The role & about the client: My client is a highly respected refurbishment and cladding specialist, known for the quality of the products they deliver. Due to continued growth and an order book that stretches well past 2026, they are looking to add an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious external cladding project in Hampshire.

They are seeking an experienced cladding Site Manager to oversee the strip out and re-clad of a 5-story building in Central Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will be up to date on all the latest cladding requirements and have experience overseeing large projects. The role will be based in central Portsmouth, with additional projects to follow. Candidates must possess up-to-date certifications: NVQ Level 6, SMSTS, Black card, Health & Safety, and First Aid.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain a positive relationship with customers and provide a professional standard of service, reporting regularly on build progress. Manage all employees and subcontract teams, ensuring a positive and proactive work environment. Oversee project schedules to ensure completion on time and within budget. Source resources and materials at competitive rates within required timelines. Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings. Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal legislation, and undertake regular safety inspections. Ensure quality control is adhered to and that work is completed to the highest possible standard. The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Number 1 Site Manager, delivering large strip out and recladding projects.

Essential Qualifications/Experience Required: Previous experience in delivering recladding projects. SMSTS certification. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work certification. NVQ/Degree qualified.
