The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery and Construction Manager, this is a site-based role involving: Liaising professionally with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers at all levels to ensure projects are managed efficiently. Understanding and implementing project programmes independently and/or alongside the Contract Manager. Managing day-to-day sub-contract works to ensure they are undertaken safely, as per scope, programme, and contract terms. Completion, compliance, and control of site paperwork, including filing of documentation. Attending site/client facing meetings as necessary. Working closely with and supporting the Contract Manager, Commercial Team, Directors, and other team members on a regular basis. Being aware of project programme dates, engaged sub-contractors, variations to works, and completion dates. Exhibiting excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills, incorporating a professional and authoritative management style with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience within a Site Management role. Experience working on HV Substation projects. Electrical background. Understanding of Switchgears and Transformers.
