We re recruiting an experienced site manager to join the delivery team for a prestigious £166m commercial fit-out project (CAT A & B) near Holland Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key areas within a landmark scheme for a Tier One Main Contractor.
The role:
Manage the fit-out of individual floors, communal areas, and WCs, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth workflow across allocated areas. Maintain strict health and safety compliance and quality control. Work closely with the wider site team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. About you: Strong experience delivering fit-out projects, ideally CAT A and B. Proven ability to manage specific areas of fit-out, including communal spaces and WCs. Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
