We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of listed building projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing the restoration and conservation of historic buildings, ensuring high-quality delivery while adhering to strict regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards. Oversee listed building restoration projects, ensuring compliance with planning permissions and conservation guidelines. Manage and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and safe work practices. Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates. Ensure health and safety compliance on-site, conducting risk assessments and promoting a safe work environment. Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with listed building restoration experience. Strong knowledge of heritage conservation guidelines and listed building regulations.
