Acorn by Synergie is looking for a construction Site Manager with experience delivering commercial projects with Façade / cladding packages.

Surbiton, London - 45 Apartment Block Contract:
Full time, Freelance As Site Manager, you will be in charge of a 45 block of apartments that is having the façade / cladding work redone. You will take a key role in ensuring safety and quality on site through the effective oversight of subcontractor partners and direct labour. Duties: Liaise with trades Check work carried out by subcontractors to assess delivery in line with programme, design drawings and quality standards Carry out inductions and toolbox talks Follow and implement health and safety procedures Skills and Qualifications: You can demonstrate experience managing sites within the main contractor environment You hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certification You have a full UK driving license Previous experience delivering projects with external façade / cladding work Duration:
The project will run for 26 weeks, with potential for other works with the same contractor after completion. Working hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Day Rate:
