About Us: Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Capital City College, specializing in providing top-tier facilities management services to educational institutions within the group. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Site Manager on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to deliver an exceptional service to colleges within the group, ensuring a proactive approach to customer service and facilities management. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for various Facilities Management (FM) requirements, delivering excellent service to building users. Collaborate closely with site senior campus management, assuming responsibility for designated site(s) and ensuring their needs and priorities are met. Coordinate and liaise with on-site staff, estates, and facilities personnel/contractors on a day-to-day basis. Undertake site-based responsibilities, potentially across multiple sites as determined by operational needs. Requirements: Relevant experience in estates and facilities management or a related field. Qualification or working towards one in estates and facilities management. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred. Understanding of Further Education (FE) colleges desirable.
