This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Construction Site Manager to join a market-leading contractor specialising in multi-storey car park builds across the UK, offering a senior role with encouraged training to develop skills and further career progression opportunities to Project Management and beyond.
This well-established contractor is a market leader within the multi-storey car park construction sector, offering full design, production, and build of steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalised on the UK market in the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland, and Wales, and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Due to company growth and a new project in Lancashire, they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will be site-based on a multi-storey car park build in Lancashire as the number one Site Manager on site. You will be responsible for overseeing site teams, sub-contractor management, checking project progress, interpreting construction drawings, and ensuring the project runs to budget, time, and specification.
The ideal candidate will have some Site Management experience with a commercial background; experience with RC frame and superstructures would be advantageous. A Construction degree and a technical mindset are essential for this exciting role with career progression.
