I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 250k external package on an existing retail park in Luton, Bedfordshire. The project consists of Tarmac repairs to the existing parking area, demolition and rebuilding of another parking area, and some external cladding finishes to the existing warehouse units. The programme length is due to be circa 12-16 weeks.
The Candidate:
must be capable of delivering the project standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager. Responsibilities include sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raising permits, conducting toolbox talks, working to tight deadlines, and influencing H&S on site, as well as Q/A. Site tickets required:
