Albion Search are currently working with a national main contractor to appoint a package manager, to oversee the internals and finishing on a high rise multi room scheme in the centre of Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing and managing finishing stages of multi room projects, have a good eye for detail and be able to ensure units/floors are completed on time and on programme. Roles & Responsibilities

H&S Managing trades & sub-contractors Ensuring a good quality finish Overseeing the internals package Project Manager updates Compiling snag reports using relevant software Attending weekly progress meetings You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience on high rise multi room projects.
