My client is a reputable main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality schemes and offering a market-leading package! Due to an increase in projects, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team, with the first project based in Manchester City Centre. (PERM)
Ideal Candidate
Will have previously worked on a large-scale residential project. Strong eye for detail. Ambitious individual who is wanting to grow and develop with a company. Solution provider, assertive, and possesses good communication skills.
Duties will include
Reporting directly to a site-based Project Manager. Coordinating trades, labour, and equipment. Managing more junior members of the team, including Assistant Site Managers. Monitoring site performance against the programme. Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site. Quality control. Short-term programme changes. Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks.
