We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join a leading regional contractor in the Maryport (Cumbria) area - CA15.
Working on a mixed New Build / Refurb commercial project, you'll be responsible for: Managing the direct site team and sub-contractors. Ensuring health and safety (H&S) on site. Coordinating site materials. Delivering the project to program.
You'll need the following qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). First Aid certification. CSCS Management Card. A trade background.
Work starts on Monday, 16th Dec and will run well into 2025.
Day Rate: Negotiable.
