Site Manager

with a mechanical background to oversee our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and goals. Coordinate and supervise mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards. Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration. Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with regulations. Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges. Manage resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials. Ensure accurate documentation of all site activities, including reports, permits, and inspections. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during project execution. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in projects involving mechanical systems. Strong mechanical engineering background (qualifications or equivalent experience). Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, installations, and related processes. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Proficient in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with specific systems, e.g., HVAC, piping, heavy machinery, etc. Familiarity with specific software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc. Why Join Us?
