A top Modular build Main Contractor is on the search for driven and ambitious Site Managers. Are you a Site Manager with experience in modular build? Do you fancy to be a part of nationwide projects, travelling around the UK? Fancy managing projects such as temporary offices blocks, classrooms, hospital wards and operating theatres etc. nationwide? If yes, Build Space has the role for you!
Site Manager roles and responsibilities: - Ensuring all Health & Safety is always adhered to on-site - Excellent reporting skills with a focus on quality - Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site teams - Ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget - Effective stakeholder management - quickly build and maintain relationships
Site Manager required skills & experience: - 3+years’ experience as Site Manager - Degree qualified - CSCS black card, First Aid, SMSTS certificate - Proven experience working on Modular projects
