Site Manager
specialising in new build Warehouse projects from the ground up. As the Site Manager, you'll manage subcontractors and direct labour on the project(s) to ensure the programme runs smoothly and build deadlines are hit. The project will have a floating project manager overseeing the site; your responsibility will be to work with them to run the site as efficiently as possible. Requirements:
Proven experience managing fast-paced new build projects in the commercial/industrial space. Ability to manage expectations and drive projects. Main contractor background. Experience working on high-value projects (Project Value circa £25m). Very good IT and communication skills. Experience in using MS Project is important. SMSTS. First Aid. CSCS. Ideally trade qualified. Start date ASAP with ongoing project work into 2026 and beyond. Job Type:
