Job Title: Site Manager Retail Fitout (Brighton)
Location: Brighton
Duration: 3 Weeks NIGHTS
Start Date: Monday - THURSDAY 4 NIGHTS PER WEEK
Shift Pattern: NIGHTS (7PM - 5AM)
Pay Rate: £275 per day
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 3-week retail fitout project in Brighton, focusing on installing new air conditioning systems. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage site operations effectively, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the air conditioning installation.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance is maintained throughout the project.
Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
Liaise with the client, suppliers, and project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site documentation.
Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS Black Card
First Aid at Work
Fire Marshal Certification
Asbestos Awareness
Hot Works Ticket (can be completed online if not currently held)
Previous experience managing live retail environments is preferred.
