12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

25 days annual leave & 8 days bank holidays + company sick pay + pension + additional company benefits Working for one of the UK's largest FM service providers. You will be supporting a multi-million pound M&E project working on a critical infrastructure site in Stevenage. As part of the nights team, you will work closely with sub-contractors and on site delivery teams to ensure smooth running of out of hours works. Works will include the progress of projects to an agreed time and standard of delivery, ensuring works are completed to the satisfaction of the customer and regulatory authorities. Assist delivery of projects through effective communication, ensuring that the staff members are fully competent and trained to undertake key tasks linked to service level agreements and key performance indicators. Ensure health & safety requirements are met at all times. 12 months fixed term contract with the view of extension or permanent employment dependent on pipeline of projects beyond 2025. Requirements: Must hold SMSTS/ SSSTS Must hold formal electrical certificates and qualifications including 18th edition. Previous experience working and delivering M&E construction projects.
