One of our established clients is currently looking for a site manager to join their team overseeing an external works programme based in Swaffham for a social housing provider.

The right person will have experience working in external works (Roofing, guttering, soffits, fascia), overseeing tradesmen, adhering to H&S, and ensuring the project is on track.

Main Responsibilities:

Overseeing sub-contractors Ensuring the project is on track Ensuring health and safety protocol is followed Liaising with clients

Minimum Requirements: SMSTS First Aid Asbestos awareness Working at heights

We are looking for the right person to start on 22/01/2025.
