Your new company Our client is a high-quality residential developer based in East Anglia. They are currently recruiting an experienced site manager for their new development based on the outskirts of Norwich. Your new role Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation. Liaise with clients and project managers to provide updates and address any concerns. Implement and enforce site rules and regulations. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on high-quality residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
