Site Manager - Nottingham A leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Site Manager to join the expanding team based in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join an award-winning design and build contractor delivering projects from £5m - £30m across the East Midlands. The initial project is a specialist healthcare development in Nottingham (£15m). This scheme consists of a major refurbishment and structural alterations to a landmark building in Nottingham which will provide essential services to the community. As the Site Manager, you will support a Project Manager on the delivery of this development, managing sub-contractors and specialist trades teams to ensure works are being completed to a high standard, to programme and in a safe environment.
