Kenton Black has an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to work with a leading residential Developer for a project based in Orpington, South London. The project consists of 40 high spec residential units, so it is essential you have worked on similar size schemes from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be working and reporting directly to the lead Project Manager, as well as working closely alongside external client staff, key stakeholders, and the internal team. You will be expected to be fully responsible for the management of specific tasks while on-site. As Site Manager, your primary roles and responsibilities will include: Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects; time, procurement, contractors. Liaise with the Project Manager or Contracts Manager to ensure that they are fully aware of the project's progress and are notified of all financial, specification, and time risks. Manage sub-contractors, including the monitoring of contractor attendance and progress. Please apply today with your most updated CV to be considered.
